摘　　要：目的：评价不同剂量苯海拉明对氯氮平引起流涎的疗效及不良反应。方法：服用氯氮平的精神分裂症病人９０例，分为３组，每组３０例。苯海拉明５０ｍｇ／ｄ组给予苯海拉明５０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ×２ｗｋ。苯海拉明２５ｍｇ／ｄ组给予苯海拉明２５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ×２ｗｋ。对照组不增服其他药物，仅作临床观察。结果：治疗组临床总有效率与对照组比较，苯海拉明５０ｍｇ／ｄ组为９３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；苯海拉明２５ｍｇ／ｄ组为７７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；苯海拉明２组间疗效无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；不良反应少而轻微。结论：苯海拉明治疗氯氮平引起的流涎疗效显著且安全。AIM: To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of diphenhydramine on clozapine-induced salivation. METHODS: Ninety patients of schizophrenics exposed to clozapine were divided into 3 groups, each containing 30 patients. Oral diphenhydramine was given daily for 2 wk to group diphenhydramine (25 mg/d) and group diphenhydramine (50 mg/d). Controlled group was for clinical observation and was not exposed to other drugs additionally. RESULTS: Compared with the controlled group, The overall clinical effective rate was 93%(P<0.01) for group diphenhydramine (50 mg/d) and 77%(P<0.01) for group diphenhydramine (25 mg/d). There was no significant difference between the effective rates of the later two groups (P>0.05). Adverse reactions were infrequent and mild. CONCLUSION: Diphenhydramine is effective and safe in the treatment of clozapine-induced salivation.
