摘　　要：目的:观察针灸方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组33例,在糖尿病常规治疗基础上,治疗组配合针刺治疗,对照组口服肌醇,观察治疗期间两组症状的变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后治疗组显效16例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率为87.5%;对照组中显效7例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率为63.6%。两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:配合针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果良好。Objective： To observe the curative effect on peripheral neuropathy in diabetes mellitus with the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion. Method. 65 cases of peripheral neuropathy from diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. 32 cases were in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group. The symptoms changes were observed during the treatment period. Result： After 3 months in the treatment group 16 cases were excellent, 12 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.5%. In the control group 7 cases were excellent, 14 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 63.6%. The difference of total effective between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect on peripheral neuropathy in diabetes mellitus with the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion is good and reliable.
