摘　　要：综述了微胶囊技术的应用、研究进展以及生物微胶囊的制备和生物微胶囊囊材的研究概况,介绍了其在食品、卷烟工业、医药和生物化工等领域的应用,探讨了目前有关微胶囊技术的理论与实际问题,并指出了微胶囊技术在我国研究和开发的必要性。The article provides a review of recent studies on the application and development of microcapsule, The problems on theory as well as on practice which need more investigation and should be solved presently are discussed, Several microencapsulation applications in the field of food, tobacco industry, medicine, biochemical engineering, et al, are introduced, and the progress of microencapsulation technology is also pointed out.
