摘 要:以农杂66为材料,研究了混配基质与土壤、催芽与干籽及利用不同水源配制的营养液进行育苗对其出苗、成苗率及棉苗生物学特性的影响。试验结果表明:以混配基质作为支撑物、干籽、催芽播种和净水配制的营养液处理进行漂浮育苗的出苗率、成苗率高,达90%以上;以混配基质作为支撑物进行育苗的棉苗素质优于其它处理,茎叶鲜重及干重、根系鲜重及干重、根体积、主根长均高于其它处理,棉苗的主根发达、明显,侧根数显著多于其它处理。The paper studied the effects of different floating systems on the seedling rate and biological characteristics of cotton by using ' Nongza66' as material ,these floating systems were separated from the matrix, seed germination status and nutrient solution compounded from different water resources. The results showed that seedling rate of dry seed and germinated seed was high to 90 % in the floating system made up of mixed matrix and nutrient solution compounded from clear fresh water. It was much better than other treatments that the quality of cotton seedling cultured in mixed matrix, and fresh and dry weight of stem and root, volume of rout,length and development level of main root,the number of lateral roots was better as well.
