摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,以上海市职业足球俱乐部为例,对职业足球俱乐部对城市功能作用进行研究分析。研究认为,我国职业足球俱乐部的经济建设还很不成熟;职业足球俱乐部的文化建设与国外还有很大差距;职业足球俱乐部对城市社会功能的影响还很不清晰等。By the ways of literature study, expert interview and questionnaire, and taking the Shanghai Football Clubs as an example, the article analyzes the city functions of professional football clubs. The conclusion is that the economic construction of China＇s professinnal football clubs is immature. There is a large gap between the cultural construction of the professional football clubs in China and those in other countries, The effects of the professional clubs on the city social functions are not clear.
