摘　　要：近年来,Web2.0的产生与发展对图书情报服务、电子政务、企业知识管理与服务等方面产生了深远的影响。本文归纳了Web2.0的产生背景、概念及特征;通过文献统计与分析,从Web2.0的理论基础、Web2.0与公共信息服务、Web2.0与企业知识管理、Web2.0与网络创业、Web2.0与教育五个方面对Web2.0的理论研究与应用进行了综述,并对Web2.0的发展进行了展望。The emergence and development of Web2.0 deeply affects the fields of library and information services, electronic government, knowledge management and services in enterprise. This paper sums up the back- ground, conception and characters of Web2.0, summarizes the theoretic researches and practices situation of Web2.0 from five aspects of theory foundation,public information services,opening for business online and education, prospects the trends of web2.0＇s development in the future.
