腹腔镜辅助下腔外法手术治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤75例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用腹腔镜辅助腔外手术治疗直径≥8cm卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的疗效。方法:75例直径≥8cm卵巢成熟畸胎瘤行腹腔镜辅助腹部小切口畸胎瘤剔除或附件切除术。结果:75例患者经此方法完成手术,平均手术时间56.4±9.3min,平均出血量65.4±8.6ml,平均住院时间4.5±1.4d,术后恢复良好,术后随访无远期并发症发生。结论:应用腹腔镜辅助下腔外法手术治疗直径≥8cm卵巢成熟畸胎瘤手术可防止瘤体破裂、内容物外溢,是一种安全、省时、有效的手术方法。Objective： To discuss the efficacy of laparoscopy Assisted extracavity surgical treatment of Mature Ovarian Teratoma （diameter≥ 8cm）. Methods：75 patients （Mature Ovarian Teratoma diameter ≥ 8cm） underwent teratoma rejected or adnexectomy with laparoscopy Assisted Small Abdoment Cut. Result： The average operation time is 56.4 ± 9.3min, the average hemorrhagic volume is 65.4 ± 8.6ml, and the average hospitalization tinle is 4.5 ± 1.4d, All of the patients had a good recovery postoperative and had no long- tern complication when followed up. Conclusion： It can prevent body tumor ruptured and contents spillover with laparoseopy Assisted extracavity surgical treatment, therefore, that is a safety, time - saving and effective operative method.
