摘　　要：FAQ是网站提供在线帮助的主要手段。利用检索机制根据用户提出的问题建立一个候选问句集,利用知网研究了用户问句和候选问句之间的相似度,从中找出最相似的问句,并将相应答案返回给用户。实验表明,该方法提高了问句匹配的准确率。Frequently Asked Question （FAQ） is the main method to provide online help. A candidate question set was built up according to the user＇s query by search engine. Semantic similarities of sentences, based on HowNet, were computed between the user＇s query and the candidate questions. The answer, which is the most similar to the query, was returned to the user. Experiments show that the method has done better in the matching between questions and answers.
