摘 要:目的:研究中药神经生长液(NGD)对大鼠体内血栓形成、体外血小板聚集的影响,探讨其活血化瘀的作用机理。方法:大鼠40只随机分成5组:NGD高、中、低剂量组,阿司匹林组(阳性对照),空白对照组。灌胃给药,连续20天。采用电刺激法致大鼠颈动脉血栓形成,测量堵塞时间。体外实验采用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导全血血小板聚集法,观察NGD抗血小板聚集作用。结果:高、中剂量NGD可有效抑制电刺激致大鼠颈动脉形成的血栓及体外全血血小板聚集,且呈剂量依赖关系。结论:神经生长液可有效抑制体内血栓形成和体外血小板聚集。Objectine: To study the effects of NGD, a new traditional Chinese medicine product, on thrombosis formation in vivo and platelet aggregation in vitro of rats and investigate the mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing hlood stasis. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into five groups: NGD group (high,moderate, and low dose), Aspirin group, and control group. Thromhosis formation in vivo was induced by electronic impulse after 20 days, Occlusion time (OT) was measured then. The effects of NGD on platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro were examined. Results: The high and moderate dose of NGD evidently inhibited the thrombosis formation in vivo and the ADP-induccd increase of platelet maxi- mum aggregation rate in vitro, with a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: NGD can significantly inhibit thrombosis formation in vivo and platelet aggregation in vitro.
