经结肠途径保留灌肠尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全40例临床观察

摘　　要：通过设立对照组,探讨尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全的最佳给药途径。其中治疗组以经结肠途径保留灌肠,对照组采用传统的直肠保留灌肠,结果显示,治疗组在疗效、症状积分及血红蛋白、BUN、Scr、Ccr等方面与对照组相比,均有显著性差异。To study the effect on chronic renal failure（CRF） by the new way of colon dialysis followed by Uremia Clearance Granules（UCG）. 40 patients with CRF were treated by the new way of colon dialysis followed by UCG-enema（Group B）, and 20 patients with CRF were treated by UCG-enema（Group A）. After the therapy process, the effectiveness in Group B was improved significantly than that in Group A;the clinical symptom score significantly decreased in both groups,and the biochemical indexes were improved significantly in Group B.
