中药组方治疗脂肪肝的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]研究中药疏肝理气,健脾化湿,活血化瘀组方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。[方法]对2003-2006年非酒精性脂肪性肝炎病人91例随机分为两组。治疗组46例用中药加易善复口服治疗,对照组45例单用易善复口服治疗,两组患者疗程均为3个月并评估疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率(89.1%)高于对照组(62.2%),治疗组ALT、AST、TG、TC及B超积分均值下降均高于对照组,有显著差异。[结论]疏肝理气,健脾化湿,活血化瘀中药组方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有效。[Objective] To study the curative effect on non-alcohollc fat liver treated with Chinese decoction. [Method] Randomly divide 91 cases into 2 groups. The treatment group 46 cases were treated with TCM and Yishan, the control only Yishan, 3 months as a course for 2 groups, then evaluate the effects. [Result] The total effective rate was better in treatment group（ 89.1%） than control（62.2%）,so were the values of ALT, AST, TG, TC and P-ultrasonic examination integral, with marked difference. [Conclusion] The Chinese compound decoction is effective in treating non-alcoholic fat liver.
