摘　　要：医院文化是当代医院管理理论的重要组成部分,培育优秀的文化氛围是医院管理的重要课题。指出医院文化建设面临着困境,分析了其产生的根源,并提出了克服当前困境的对策。Hospital culture is the important content of hospital management, and rearing the outstanding culture is an important research area. This article pointed out the dilemma in the construction of hospital culture, analysed the sources of the dilemma, and brought forward the solutions overcoming it in present.
