摘  要:目的:初步了解济宁市中央空调通风系统卫生状况,为加强卫生监督管理,制定控制措施提供依据。方法:将正在运行使用的中央空调关闭,无菌采集中央空调通风系统送(回)风口的积尘样品并检测积尘中细菌总数、真菌总数。在中央空调运行状态下,采集中央空调送风口空气样品,检测空气中的细菌总数、真菌总数、可吸入颗粒物、二氧化碳。结果:所测405份样品中,通风管道(口)积尘量合格率仅为24.4%,细菌总数合格率为35.6%,真菌总数合格率为23.5%;送风口空气质量存在安全隐患,所测项目均有不同程度的污染。结论:济宁市公共场所中央空调通风系统污染严重,对人群健康构成潜在威胁。Objective:To understand sanitary condition of centralized air ventilation system in Jining City. To provide a basis for strengthening health supervision and giving control measures, Methods:Dust sample in blast pipe was collected when centralized air ventilation system was off, the total content of the bacterium and fungus was examined. Air sample was collected in air - supplied outlet when centralized air ventilation system is operated. The total content of the bacterium, fungus, inhaled particle, carbon dioxide in the air were tested, Results:In 405 samples, the qualified rate of the content of dust was only 24.4% ,the qualified rate of the total content of bacterium and fungus were 35.6% and 23.5% respectively. There was potential safety hazard in the air -inlet port. Defferent level contamination existed in all the projects we monitored, Conclusion :The centralized air ventilation system is seriously polluted, and it will do a potential threat to human health
