摘  要:目的探讨根据家兔听泡解剖位置特点,对其耳蜗血流量的激光多普勒测量方法,为进一步耳蜗微循环的血管病理生理研究奠定基础。材料和方法实验选取新西兰白兔共10只,经ABR和畸变产物耳声发射证明听觉功能正常,麻醉后无菌条件下行耳前切口可暴露听泡。在内镜辅助下用微型定位器将激光多普勒探头置于骨岬。结果术中出血少,术野清晰,暴露听泡需分离的组织层次少,损伤轻。在内镜辅助下能够清楚视及听泡内中耳结构,妥善放置多普勒。术后鼓膜完整,听觉系统功能均保持正常。结论使用耳前切口进行家兔耳蜗血流量的激光多普勒测量方法安全可靠,应用Perimed激光多普勒血流仪测量兔耳蜗血流重复性好,结果稳定。Objective Based on the structure features of rabbits bulla, find a appropriate method for the laser Doppler measurements of cochlear blood flow. Materials & Methods In the present study, 10 male New-Zealand Rabbits were utilized. The animals were prepared for auditory brainstem evoked potential (ABR) and distorted product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) before and after the measurements, proved the normal hearing function. The bulla were exposed with the anterior-auricle incision, then opened a ventral window.The laser Doppler flowmetry probe was put right on the promontory they were killed and observed the cochlear hair cells with scanning electron microscopy. Results During the operation, no significant bleeding, operation field is clear, only few levels of organization needed to be detached and less damage was done. No significant changes were found in the hearing function. Conclusion Our datas show that for the laser Doppler measurement of rabbit cochlear blood flow, it's safe to choose the preauricular incision And the results of laser Doppler of Perimed measurement was stable.
