摘 要:采用毛细管流变仪测试了聚酰胺6/热塑性聚氨酯(PA6/TPU)共混物的表观黏度、非牛顿指数等流变参数,讨论了剪切速率和温度对熔体表观黏度、剪切应力的影响。结果表明,PA6 和 PA6/TPU 共混物的表观黏度随着温度和剪切速率的增大而减小,非牛顿指数均小于1,符合假塑性流体的流动规律;PA6/TPU 共混物的表观黏度比PA6 的高,而其非牛顿指数比 PA6 的小,说明共混物的非牛顿性增强。在温度为230~250℃、剪切速率为100~1200s^(-1)时,共混物的表观黏度为100~900 Pa·S,共混物适合挤出成型和注射成型。The rheological behavior of polyamide 6/thermoplastic polyurethane (PA6/TPU) blends was studied. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of PA6 and PA6/TPU blends decreased with increasing of the temperature and share rate, Non-Newtonian index is less than 1, which corresponds to pseudoplastic flow characteristics. The apparent viscosity of PA6/TPU blends is higher, non-Newtonlan index is lower than that of PA6, respectively. In temperature range between 230 ℃ and 250 ℃, shear rate range between 100 s^- 1 and 1 200 s^- 1, the apparent viscosities of the blends were between 100 Pa's and 900 Pa' s, which confirms that the blends are suitable for extrusion and injection molding.
