摘　　要：采用对比试验,对影响 PVC-U 型材拉伸冲击强度的几种不同因素(如试样制备、试验温度、试验条件等)进行了试验与分析。结果发现,在各种影响因素中,冲刀刀刃品质最为关键,有缺口刀刃冲切试样的测试结果仅为新刀冲切试样的73.6%;缓慢匀速冲裁得到的试样的拉伸冲击强度比猛力快速冲裁试样的高;同时,不同试验温度、试验机摆锤能量/丁字头质量的选择对拉伸冲击强度结果均有较大影响,需要在实验过程中加以注意。对于分散性较大的样品应适当增加测试试样数量,从而得到可靠结果。Factors influencing the tensile-impact strength testing value were analyzed, including sample preparation, test temperature and test condition, The quality of the sample was partially determined by quality of the blade, which in turn determined the testing value. The strength value of a sample from a new blade may be higher than that from a notched blade by 73.6 %. The cutting speed also affected the sample quality, the low speed is usually better than the high speed. Attention should also be paid to the selection of the quality of hammers.
