摘  要:该文针对长三角滨海区域地势平坦低洼、河网密布、防洪排涝标准偏低的现状,在市政详细规划阶段对新建工业区竖向规划方法进行研究,分别考虑了雨水排除高程要求、蓝线和绿线高程要求以及道路、桥梁、场地高程要求。市政详细规划阶段的竖向规划是在控制性详细规划基础上对用地高程做更细致的控制,其对于后续设计工作和项目的分期建设、合理控制投资均具有重要的意义。According to the present situation of the flat low-lying topography, dense river network and lower flood control drainage standards in the seashore area of Changjiang Delta, the article studies the vertical planning method for the newly built industrial area in the stage of detail municipal planning, and separately considers the rainwater removal elevation requirement, blue line and green line elevation requirements, and the road, bridge and field elevation requirements. The vertical planning in the stage of detail municipal planning is to carry out the more detail control of the land elevation on the basis of controlling detail planning. It has the important significance for the following design work, the project construction by stages and the reasonably controlling investment.
