摘  要:在标准方法的基础上提出了一种新的快速、实用的测定COD的方法,即采用烘箱进行消解,无需回流装置或高压反应釜,消解时间从2h缩短到了20 min,大大降低了实验成本,还可以成批消解水样。测试后的废液中的硫酸银进行回收再利用。通过对多种工业废水的测定,精密度、准确度达到测定要求。A faster and more practical new COD determination method has been introduced by this paper. The new digestion system which uses oven instead of traditional reflux unit or high pressure could reduce process time from 2 hours to 20 minutes while having low cost. And with the oven, more water sample can be tested at each time. The by-product silver salt also been successfully recycled. The accuracy and precise of this new COD method have been proved by the results from wide range of manufacture waste water test. They are same compare with standard methods.
