摘　　要：近年来,我国公民的住房条件有了很大的改善,但是房价也随着住房条件改善的同时在逐渐攀升。房价上涨的原因主要是土地市场、房地产开发企业、房地产交易市场存在着一些问题。要解决这些问题,一要完善立法;二要完善制度。In recent years, citizens＇ housing conditions in China have been greatly improved. However, the price of housing is also rising accordingly at the same time. Problems existing in the land market, real estate companies and the real estate market cause the price to keep rising. There are two ways to solve these problems： 1. to perfect the legislation; 2. to perfect the systems.
