摘  要:目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽对中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)肾功能损害的治疗效应。方法:将中重度HIE伴肾功能损害的患儿70例。随机分为治疗Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组。治疗Ⅰ组加用还原型谷胱甘肽150 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),溶于15~20 ml注射用水中,ivd,其余治疗两组相同。于治疗前和治疗1周后检测血清BUN、Cr、β_2-MG值及尿β_2-MG值,观察临床病情变化。结果:两组BUN、Cr、β_2-MG值及尿β_2-MG值均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05);治疗Ⅰ组BUN、Cr及β_2-MG值较治疗Ⅱ组明显好转(P<0.05);治疗Ⅰ组有效率较治疗Ⅱ组高(P<0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽对中重度HIE伴肾功能损害具有较好的治疗效应。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of reduced glutathione on medium and serious hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Method: 70 neonates with medium and serious hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into two groups: group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, GSH treated groups were given GSH at a dosage of 150 mg/(kg·d) body weight. The following parameters were measured: blood urea nitrogen( BUN ), serum creatinine(Cr) , serum β2- microglobulin(β2- microglobulin) and urineβ2- microglobulin before and after the treatment. The patients'conditions were observed at the same time. Result: The value of BUN, Cr, serum and urineβ2- microglobulin in the two groups improved more obviously than before treatment( P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement rate of BUN, Cr and serumβ2- microglobulin in group Ⅰ was higher than that of group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ). Conelusion: GSH had its therapeutic effect on medium and serious hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy accompanied by kidney damage.
