摘　　要：在平面尺寸链中,公差的计算通常采用解析方法,但采用解析方法计算量比较大,因此,运用尺寸链图形理论来简化平面尺寸链中的公差计算。基于尺寸链图形理论的方法与解析法相比,尺寸链公差计算直观易行,并且方程无需进行微分运算。最后给出一个主轴箱零件平面尺寸链的公差计算实例。The analyzing method is usually used in the calculation of tolerance allocation in the planar dimension chain. The calculation based on the analyzing method is difficult and complicated to carry out, so the graphic theory of dimension chain is employed to simplify the calculation of tolerance allocation in the planar dimension chain. Comparing with analyzing method, tolerance calculating of dimension chain is easy, and the equation needn＇t to be differential. Finally a spindle box tolerance calculating in planar dimension chain is given.
