摘  要:通过分析连续分度弧面凸轮的形成机理,基于范成法和曲面方程法原理建立了连续分度弧面凸轮的三维实体造型方法。基于UG平台实现了三维实体造型系统二次开发,同时对这两种造型方法进行了深入分析比较。该方法的研究为连续分度弧面凸轮机构虚拟设计制造的几何精确建模提供了可靠理论依据。It first profile equations for defining continuous globoidal indexing cants are deduced by using spatial tooth principle. Thus 3D solid modeling methods for continuous globoidal indexing cams are established based on principles of both generating method and surface equations method. Finally based on UG platform, a 3D solid modeling system which programmed in GRIP language is successfully developed, also a discussion and comparison between the upper modeling methods is thoroughly made and analyzed.The research in this paper provides a reliable theory for generating precision geometry modeling of continuous globoidal indexing cants for virtual design and manufacture.
