摘　　要：简述了塑料传动齿轮的常用材料、模具结构及成型工艺,重点分析塑料传动齿轮的成型缺陷及对策。It commonly used materials of plastic gear wheel and mould structure and forming process are stated briefly, and plastic gear wheels＇ forming disfigurement and its countermeasure are mainly analyzed.
