摘　　要：系统具有自由曲面的生成、展开、展开方式选择、基点选择、误差分析等功能。在误差分析方面,提出了一种新的形状误差评价方法,并根据对各种误差要求的侧重点不同建立综合误差分析数学模型。利用误差分析数学模型对不同曲面展开实验数据进行了分析,得到不同因素对误差的影响程度和方式,从而指导曲面近似展开的参数选择。This system possesses Free-form surface spanning, surface development mode select, base point select, surface development and error analysis. In the error analyses aspect, the paper puts forward a new shape error evaluation method, and sets up a new sort of mathematical analyses model based on the different demand of error. Using the mathematical model of development error we can analyze the experimental data, and get the error incidence and mode from the different factors, accordingly direct the preferences of approximate development of the Free-form surface.
