摘　　要：分析铁路建设项目施工阶段投资控制存在的主要问题,通过建立铁路建设项目施工阶段的合同管理信息模型、验工计价管理信息模型、变更管理信息模型和投资与进度关联模型,构建铁路建设项目施工阶段投资控制信息系统,加强铁路施工阶段的投资管理。It was firstly analyzed the main problems of railway construction projects investment control at construction stage, and then based on the establishment of contract management information model, examined and valued management information model, changed management information model, and the investment and scheduling relational model in the railway construction stage, the Investment Control Information System of Railway Construction Project at construction stage was consequently established, it was helpful to strengthen the investment management in railway construction.
