摘　　要：列车到发信息管理系统是针对行车指挥发展的新形势研发的。对行车告知板操作进行了统一和规范。介绍该系统研发过程及功能。The Reception and Departure of Train Information Management System was studied in view of the new situation of traffic control. It was unified and standard for the operation to register board, introduced the System＇s function, the process of research and development.
