摘　　要：建立一套标准、规范、电子化的城市社区居民健康档案模式及可接通互联网络的电脑管理信息系统,是进行社区卫生管理的重要前提。本文结合社区卫生信息化管理的趋势,论述居民健康档案的建立和管理及国内外居民健康档案网络化的现状,并提出我国居民健康档案实现网络化的举措,对促进社区信息化管理进程有一定的借鉴意义。Building a standardized and canonical electrical health record in urban community and forming a community health service information system are the important preconditions for performing community health management. In this article, according to the tendency of community health information management, the authors discuss how to build and manage the health record, review the status of health record network both at home and abroad. Moreover, we put forth a measure about building network of health record in China, in order to promote the development of information management in community.
