重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尾加压素(UⅡ)在重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压病患者病理生理过程中的作用及意义。方法择正常人30例(对照组)和重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压病患者30例(试验组),采用放射免疫法测定血浆中UⅡ的水平。结果试验组患者血浆UⅡ的水平为(9.0±1.0)pg/ml,对照组为(7.1±1.0)pg/ml,两组间差别有显著性意义(P<0.005);试验组与对照组氧饱和度分别为(63.4±2.2)%和(93.3±5.6)%,两组间差别有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论UⅡ的增高可能是重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压病患者疾病发生、发展的重要因素。Objective To study the clinical effect and significance of serum Urotensin Ⅱ （ U Ⅱ ） in patients with ob- structive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） complicated by hypertension. Methods Totally 30 patients with OSAS complicated by hypertension （ trial group） and 30 normal people （ control group） were enrolled. The contents of serum U Ⅱ were detected with ra- dioimmunoassay. Results The content of serum U Ⅱ in the trial group was （9, 0 ~ 1, 0 pg/ml）, and that in the control group was （7. 1 ± 1.0 pg/ml）, there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0. 005 ）. The oxygen saturations in the tri- al and control groups were （63.4 ± 2. 2 ） and （93. 3 ± 5, 6 ） respectively, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Increase of Urotensin Ⅱ may be an important factor for occurrence and development of OSAS compli- cated by hypertension.
