摘　　要：热量表是实施按热量计收热费的关键设施,本文就热量表的应用现状及其在实际应用过程中出现的问题进行讨论,认为在供暖系统的设计、选型、施工、管理等各阶段均要对热量表高度重视,确保热量表能准确有效地工作,为按热收费提供基础。Heat meter is one kind of key device for practicing the charging by heat metering. In this paper, the application status of heat meter was presented, and the problems occurred during the practical process were discussed. In conclusion, the heat meter should be paid more attention during the design, model selection, installation and maintenance periods, and therefore the accurate and effective working conditions could be ensured.
