摘 要:我国寒冷地区的既有住宅建筑多属砖混结构,建筑围护结构热工性能差、墙体不保温,造成了全年采暖空调能耗居高不下。改进建筑围护结构热工性能是节能改造的关键,而外墙节能在建筑节能中占有非常重要的位置,本文采用DeST-h软件对天津市某小区的一栋住宅建筑进行能耗模拟,通过比较几组具有不同厚度保温层的外保温墙体和未保温墙体的负荷指标,分析了保温墙体对建筑负荷的影响,并确定了最佳的经济保温层厚度。The existing residential buildings are mainly of masonry-concrete construction in cold area in China, the bad thermodynamic performance of building envelope resulted in high energy consumption of heating and air-conditioning system. Improving the thermodynamic performance of building envelope was the key issue for energy-saving retrofit, meanwhile, the energy efficiency of external-wall was the very important aspect. In this paper, the software of DeST-h was used to simulate the energy consumption of a residential building in Tianjin, based on the comparison of external-wall with different insulation thicknesses and that without insulation, the effects of external-wall insulation on building load were analyzed, and also the economical insulation thickness was determined.
