摘　　要：本文介绍了将一个既有的定流量系统改造为变流量系统的实际工程。通过对系统改造前后长时间的测量及监控,获得了相关数据,数据分析结果表明系统改造后水泵节能50%。同时由于旁通量的减少使冷冻水回水温度升高,冷冻机的效率也得到了提高。This paper presents a retrofitting project of converting the single-loop chilled water system to variable flow. 50% pumping energy saving was testified by the long-term measurement and verification process. Besides, a higher average chilled water return temperature was observed, resulting in higher chiller COP.
