摘　　要：通过文献调查的方法,收集了1995-2005年国外关于信息资源管理的期刊论文、图书和研究报告等文献资料,对筛选出的273篇信息资源管理相关文献进行聚类和分析,综述了1995-2005年国外信息资源管理研究的进展情况。On the basis of an analysis of published literature, book and report about information resouree management, this paper reviews the research progress on information resource management abroad from 1995 to 2005. It shows that information resource management has made progress in the ten years. Especially, those researches about knowledge management, the organization and retrieval of network resource and digital resource, information system, information network, user behavior, information policy and law have been greatly developed.
