摘  要:伊朗矿硅高,粒度较粗,价格便宜。根据伊朗矿的特点,欲在宣钢现有原料条件下,配加部分该矿。为考察配加效果,在实验室进行了前期的烧结杯试验。试验结果表明,适当增加伊朗矿配比,可以改善烧结矿的质量。伊朗矿配比为10%,烧结矿转鼓指数提高2个百分点,RDI+3.15提高6个百分点,但软化开始温度降低了21℃。Iranian ore possess the features of higher-silicon content, coarser granule size and lower price. According to these features, XuanHua Steel is going to add a part of this kind of ore in sinter mix, at the present material condition. In order to test its effect, the preceding sinter pot experiment has been carried out in the laboratory and the experimental results indicate that increasing an appropriate portion of Iranian ore can improve the quality of sinter. When the proportion of Iran ore is 10%, the tumbler index of sinter can increase by 2% . RDI+3.15 increase by 6%, nevertheless, the sinter start softening temperature has decreased by 21 ℃ .
