摘　　要：针对马钢一铁总厂3号鼓风环冷机存在的密封不严的问题,分析了传统密封装置在结构设计和制造上存在的缺陷。在此基础上,设计开发了一种新型密封装置,根除了传统密封装置的诸多弊病。该装置在马钢一铁总厂3号鼓风环冷机上使用后,效果良好。Point at the air-leakage problem of sealing device of forced draft circular cooler in MAGANG №1 Ironmaking Works, the structure defects of traditional sealing device were analyzed. And then, a new type of sealing device for forced draft circular cooler was developed and was adopted in №3 circular cooler. As a result, the cooling effect of sinter was improved obviously and the satisfactory benefit was obtained.
