摘　　要：创新的入口和前提是具有良好的信息检索与利用能力,在分析大学生在信息检索与利用能力所存在问题的基础上,采取积极创设与营造问题情景等措施,通过"信息检索与利用课",利用教学、实习、考核等环节,培养和提高学生基于利用网络信息资源自主提出问题和解决问题的能力,对培育大学生的创新能力能取得事半功倍的效果。The entrance and the precondition of creativity refer to good abilities of information retrieval and utilization. On the basis of analyzing university students＇ abilities of information retrieval and utilization, we adopt measures such as positive creation and creating problem scenes. Moreover, through the processes of teaching, practicing, evaluating etc. in the course Information retrieval and utilization, we cultivate and improve students＇ abilities to find problems and solve problems with the help of Internet information resource. It will be an excellent effort to cultivate university students＇ creativity.
