摘　　要：文章在分析目前中国热带农业科学院企业化转制的现状与面临的主要问题的基础上,根据国家对科研机构改革转制的要求,提出新时期中国热带农业科学院"一所两制"改革与发展对策,以保障我国热带农业科研体系的稳定,提高热带农业科研实力和创新能力。On the basis of present situation and problems facing in enterprise-oriented reform in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, and according to the nation＇s institutional innovation decision for the scientific research organization, the reform and development suggestions of ＇One institute, Two systems＇ was bought forward in order to ensure stability of national scientific research system for tropical agriculture, and enhance its scientific and technological strength and innovation ability in China.
