摘 要:研究了接种微生物菌剂对猪粪堆肥的效果。结果表明,添加菌剂堆肥温度第4 d达到50℃,50℃以上持续时间达10 d,第25 d粪大肠菌群值减少到102个/g,种子发芽指数达89%,NH4+-N含量为64.9 mg/kg,C/N下降为18.6∶1,上述指标均达到腐熟要求;对照堆肥温度第7 d达到50℃,50℃以上持续时间为4 d,第25 d粪大肠菌群值为9.6×103个/g,NH4+-N含量为916 mg/kg,C/N为21.0∶1,种子发芽指数为46.5%,均未达到腐熟要求。说明接种微生物菌剂能明显加速堆肥的腐熟进程。The experiment researched the effect of microorganism inoculants on pig manure composting. The result indicated that temperature of compost appended the microorganism inoculants reached 50℃ in 4 days and duration extended 10 days in condition of more than 50℃, the value of coliform reduced to 102 per gram after 25 days, germination index of seeds reached 89% respectively, the content of NH4^+ - N was 64.9 mg/kg and simultaneity carbon nitrogen ratio declined to 18.6: 1. The indexes satisfy demand of maturity. However the temperature of comparison reached 50℃ in 7 days, duration extended 4 days in condition of more than 50℃, the value of coliform reduced 9.6 × 10^3 per gram after 25 days, the content of NH^4+ - N was 916 mg/kg, carbon nitrogen ratio remained 21.0:1 and germination index of seeds reached 46.5% respectively. Therefore, microorganism inoculants could obviously accelerate the maturity progress of composting.
