摘 要:目的探讨幼儿园、小学、中学等不同教育阶段女教师的电声门图和声学测试的参数特点。方法采用电脑多媒体操作系统,使用Dr.Speech3.0软件,嘱受试对象发稳态元音/e/、/a:/、/i:/,同步进行声门图和声学测试的检测和分析,并以嗓音健康普通人群作为对照组。结果小学女教师的声学测试习惯基频(Fo)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),幼儿园、小学教师的声门图接触商(CQ),接触商微扰(CQP)与对照组相比也有明显差异,幼儿园、小学、中学教师声门图各项基频微扰(jitter),振幅微扰(shimmer)值与对照组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),声学测试与声门图中标准化超声能量(NNE)均有一项以上高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女教师群体的整体嗓音健康状况堪忧,幼儿园、小学女教师的嗓音问题尤为显著。Objective To analyze the characteristics of female teachers of different education period,such as infant school, primary school and middle school. Methods Using Dr. Speech 3. 0 software in the multi-media system to conduct synchronizing electroglottograph and acoustic test of vowels like/ae/,/a:/,/i:/pronounced by the subjects, and the results were compared to the people with healthy voice quality. Results The Fo of primary school teachers, CQ, CQP of infant and primary school teachers, the jitter, NNE and shimmer of all the female teachers were significantly distinguished from those of healthy controls. Conclusion The voice problem of female teachers is rather serious, extremely in the infant and primary school teachers.
