摘 要:目的:建立半边莲药材反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为有效控制半边莲药材的质量奠定基础。方法:采用RP-HPLC,色谱柱为Daiso C18,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为261nm,流速为1.0mL/min,分析时间为60min,分析了10批半边莲药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下通过相似度分析确定11个色谱峰构成半边莲药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论:采用RP-HPLC所建立的指纹图谱具有稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于半边莲药材的质量控制。AIM: To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Lobelia chinesis Lour. by RP-HPLC which may be potentially beneficial to the quality control in production. METHODS: Separation was performed on a Daiso C18 column with methanol-water as mobile phase using gradient elution at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength Was at 261 nm and the analysis time was up to 60 min. Total ten batches of Lobelia chinesis Lout. were studied. RESULTS : 11 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Lobelict chinesis Lour. under the above chromatographic conditions. CONCLUSION: The RP-HPLC fingerprint method is found to have satisfactory accuracy, stability and reproducibility. A potential method for the quality control of Lobelia, chinesis Lour, was established.
