摘  要:目的研究微丸制备的最佳工艺和处方。方法用新型挤出滚圆造粒机制备氨咖黄敏胶囊,以微丸的外观性状、堆密度、休止角和成丸率为参考因素优化工艺、筛选处方。结果用优化的工艺和筛选的处方制得的微丸外观圆整、微丸大小分布均匀、成丸率高。结论用挤出滚圆法制备氨咖黄敏胶囊,造粒容易,效率高,工艺简便,成本降低。Objective To study the optimal technology and formula for the pellet preparation. Methods Ankahuangmin Capsule was prepared with extrusion spheronization method by the new type pelleting machine. The external appearance, bulk density, angle of repose and pellet- forming rate were as the reference factors, the technology was optimized and the formula was screened. Results The external appearance of pellet prepared by extrusion spheronization method was regular round, the pellet size was even, and the pelleting rate was high. Conclusion The extrusion spheronization method prepares pellets with easiness and high effciency. The technology is simple with low cost.
