摘　　要：目的考察生产过程中疏肝理脾片的芍药苷含量变化。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法考察疏肝理脾片主要指标成分芍药苷在原生产各环节中(水提液、精制液、干燥品等样品)的提取率、损失率、转移率。结果芍药苷在水提取过程中损失率最高。结论提高芍药苷含量的关键在于改进提取工艺。Objective To investigate the dynamic change of paeoniflorin in the productive process of Shuganlipi Tablet. Methods To explore the influences of each links of productive process on the rate of extraction, percentage loss and the transferring rate of paeoniflorin by HPLC. Results The percentage loss of paeoniflorin was highest during extracting with water. Conclusion The key of improving the productive process is the extracting technology.
