摘 要:[目的]探讨延边地区朝鲜族及汉族人群PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性与Ⅱ型糖尿病的相关性.[方法]采用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)方法对104例糖耐量正常者和113例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性基因型进行对照研究.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族正常人PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性的A等位基因频率分别为23.3%,20.7%;糖耐量正常组及Ⅱ型糖尿病组人群的PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性的A等位基因频率均为22.1%.[结论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性间无显著性差异;PGC-1基因Thr 394 Thr多态性与Ⅱ型糖尿病发病无相关性.OBJECTIVE To determine the correlation of peroxisome proliferators activated receptor-7 coactivator 1 (PGC-1) gene Thr 394 Thr polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T 2 DM) for Korean- Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area. METHODS PGC-1 gene Thr 394 Thr polymorphism in 104 cases of normal glucose tolerant (NGT) and 113 cases of T 2 DM was detected by PCR-SSCP. RESULTS The A allele frequencies of NGT in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality were 23.3% and 20.7%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between two groups. The A allele frequencies of NGT and T 2 DM subjects were all of 22.1% . CONCLUSION There was no difference in frequency distribution of PGC-1 gene Thr 394 Thr polymorphism between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area, and the PGC-1 gene Thr 394 Thr polymorphism was not associated with T 2 DM.
