羊毛的丝光超柔软整理工艺研究

摘　　要：对不同用量的释氯剂的丝光效果和不同柔软剂以及同一种柔软剂不同用量的柔软效果进行了比较系统地试验，提出了羊毛氯化／氨基改性硅微乳处理的丝光超柔软处理工艺，对丝光和超柔软机理及其染色性能也作了论述，对具体的工艺参数作了较详细地分析，讨论。Systematic tests on the mercerizing by different contents of chlorinereleasing compound,and tests on the softening by different softeners and different contents of a softener were made.A mercerizing and super softening finishing technology for wool by means of chlorination/polysiloxane was proposed.The mechanism of the mercerizing and super softening and its dyeability were described,and the technical parameters were analyzed and discussed in detail.
