摘 要:采用自蔓延高温合成(SHS)法,用高活性金属Mg粉还原B20。粉,通过镁热还原反应B2O3+3Mg→2B+3MgO制备出超细高能燃料无定形硼粉,研究镁热还原工艺对还原产物的影响。采用X射线衍射仪对盐酸溶浸后的还原产物进行物相分析。结果表明;还原过程中生成的酸不溶物MgB3、BxO、Mg2SiO4、FeB49是影响硼粉纯度的主要杂质。利用费歇尔粒度测试仪(F.S.S.S)检测无定形硼粉的平均粒径和比表面积。通过优化制备工艺,在B2O3/Mg(质量分数,%)为3.0、反应体系温度为850℃的条件下,可制备出纯度高于94%、比表面平均粒径为0.5~0.7gm、比表面积这4~6m^2/g的超细无定形硼粉。B2O3 powder was reduced with the high-active Mg powder by the way of SHS and the amorphous boron powder used as ultra-fine high energy fuel presently was obtained by the magnesiothermic i'eduction reaction B2O3+3Mg→2B+3MgO. The effect of reductive techniques on products was systematically studied. The phases of the reductive products leached by hydrochloric acid were characterized by XRD. The results show it is the insoluble matter (MgB6, B2O, Mg2SiO4, FeB49) that affects the purity of boron powder. The average particle size and BET surface area of boron powder were measured by fisher sub-sive sizer. The ultra-fine amorphous boron powder was obtained when B2O3/Mg(wt%)was 3.0 and the systematic temperature was 850℃ by the way of the optimizing preparing techniques. The boron content of amorphous boron powder is higher than 94%. Its average particle size (BET) is 0. 5-0. 7μm and specific surface area is 4-6m^2/g.
