摘 要:含缺陷材料强度不仅与缺陷的形状、尺寸有关,而且还与材料脆性相关的破坏发生区的大小有关。由此推导了含各种缺陷材料的强度方程,计算了不影响材料强度的临界缺陷尺寸。提出含裂纹材料的强度曲线σD=σt(Δ/a)12/2.2为强度下限,因此将裂纹、破坏发生区与强度等三者的关系图推荐为材料强度图。最后,用含有各种人工缺陷的Si3N4试样进行了验证实验。The effects of defects with different shapes,sizes and failure zone related to brittleness on strength of materials were theoretically analyzed.The strength equations of materials with various defects were derived.The critical sizes of defects,not affected on strength,were calculated.σ D in the curve σ D=σ tΔa2 2,which reflects the strength of material with cracks,is considered as the lower limit of materials strength.The diagram which shows the relationship between the strength,failure zone size and the size and shape of defects is suggested as the diagram of material strength.Finally,Si 3N 4 samples with various defects were used in the testing.
