摘 要:借助于TEM观察,讨论了化学气相反应法合成SiC超细粉的成长机理,分析结果显示,由于气体流速不同,合成的SiC超细粉颗粒尺寸和颗粒形貌有较大变化,颗粒尺寸和颗粒形貌的变化由成核和生长机理决定,一般涉及到均匀成核、异相成核。The formation mechanism of solid particle and porous particle synthesized by chemical vapour reaction was investigated experimentally through TEM photographic observation.Particle size became larger when total flow rate decreased.It was difficult to get SiC particles below 5nm.SiC particles with about 10nm in size and with low aggregation were synthesized under 1000mL/min.Particles grow and deform after the homogeneous nucleation through heterogeneous nucleation,coagulation,and occasional remelting.
