摘  要:目的观察人参皂苷Rg2对脑缺血再灌注大鼠学习记忆及额叶皮层单胺类递质的影响。方法将健康SD大鼠48只,随机分为:假手术组、模型组、尼莫地平组及人参皂苷Rg2不同剂量组。采用大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)再灌注方法制备拟血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠,Y-型电迷宫检测学习记忆能力,高效液相色谱电化学方法测定额叶皮层NE、DA、5-HT含量。结果人参皂苷Rg2中剂量组大鼠学习尝试次数和记忆尝试次数[分别为(12.4±3.0)次,(8.9±2.4)次]少于模型组[分别为(28.3±2.2)次,(26.0±2.7)次],P〈0.01);人参皂苷Rg2中剂量组额叶皮层NE、DA、5-HT含量均高于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论人参皂苷Rg2可改善拟VD模型大鼠学习记忆能力,提高额叶皮层单胺类递质含量。Objective To study the effects of gensenoside Rg2 on the learning and memory ability and the levels of monoamine transmitter in prefrontal cortex of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats. Methods 48 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups including 3 control groups (sham control group, model group and nimodipine control group) and 3 treatment groups (different dose of gensenoside Rg2 treatment groups). The VD model rats were established by occluding middle cerebral artery. The learning and memory ability were meas- ured by model Y maze. The levels of monoamine transmitter were detected by high performance liquid chromatog- raphy. Results The learning and memory attempt times in rats middle gensenoside Rg2 group( 12.4±3.0, 8.9±2.4) decreased compared with that in model group (28.3±2.2, 26.0±2.7, P 〈 0.01 ). The level of NE, DA and 5-HT of prefrontal cortex in ginsenoside Rg2 group of median dosage are higher than that in model group. Conclusion Gensenoside Rg2 can improve learning and memory ability and increase the levels of mono- amine transmitters of prefrontal cortex in VD model rats.
