摘 要:为了寻找影响奶牛产奶性状的候选基因,采用PCR-SSCP分子标记方法,对中国荷斯坦奶牛LOX-1基因3′非编码区进行了多态性分析。结果表明,在中国荷斯坦奶牛中检测的LOX-1基因3′UTR有AA型、BB型和AB型3种基因型,其频率分别为0.1374,0.3130和0.5496;不同基因型与中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳脂率之间有显著的相关性(P<0.05),但对乳蛋白率、产奶量和体细胞评分(SCS)影响不大,未达到显著水平。初步认为LOX-1基因可能是控制中国荷斯坦奶牛产奶性能的一个候选基因,或是与之存在紧密遗传连锁的分子标记。In order to detect polymorphisms in the lectin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor- 1 (LOX- 1) gene, the polymorphism of LOX- 1 ' s 3′ UTR in Chinese Holstein was detected through PCR-SS- CP (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism). The result showed that three genotypes AA,BB and AB of the 3rUTR of LOX-1 gene were found,and the genotype frequency were 0. 137 4,0. 313 0,0. 549 6, respectively in Chinese Holstein. There was highly significant correlation be- tween different genotypes in fat content(P〈0.05). No significant effect of different genotypes on their ME,protein content and SCS (Somatic Cell Score) was found. These results preliminarily showed that the LOX-1 gene was either a candidate gene that influenced the prolificacy in Chinese Holstein or a molecular marker in close linkage with such a gene.
