海域软岩变形破坏的红外辐射实验研究

摘  要:以龙口北皂矿海域软岩U钢支护参数为基本条件进行实验室物理模型的红外辐射探测实验.结果表明:①应力集中区、摩擦作用强以及U钢和围岩相互作用的区域,其红外辐射强度较强;而应力松弛和摩擦较弱的区域其红外辐射强度相对较弱.②相对于其它部分,破裂位置的红外辐射温升更高且变化迅速.同时发现红外辐射温度变化受海水的影响.红外辐射异常区域通常出现在应力集中区、U钢与围岩相互作用区及破裂区域.Based on the submarine soft rock supporting engineering in Beizao Mine of Longkou Mining Corporation, the physical model tests of interaction of U-steel support and roadway were carried out. The thermal infrared radiation (TIR) with the fracture and damage of soft rock is investigated. It is discovered that the TIR radiation is the stronger in the stress concentrated area, strong friction and interaction range between U-steel support and roadway than that in the stress relaxed area and week friction. The TIR temperature (TIRT) of the fracture increased higher and changed rapidly than that of the other parts. The TIR radiation of soft rock is influenced with seawater. The TIR-anomaly appears at the stress concentrated area, interaction ranges and fractures.
