摘　　要：目的观察穿心莲提取物(炎琥宁)和阿昔洛韦(aciclovir)对EB病毒抗原表达有无抑制作用,并比较两者对EB病毒的作用强弱。方法免疫酶法测定炎琥宁及阿昔洛韦对Raji细胞早期抗原(early antigen,EA)的表达,分别计算出两者的阻断率(IR)。结果炎琥宁在无毒的浓度下,对Raji细胞EB病毒EA抗原表达有明显的抑制作用,阿昔洛韦在无毒的浓度下,对EB病毒EA抗原表达也有抑制作用。结论炎琥宁抑制EB病毒抗原的表达,其作用较阿昔洛韦为强。Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of common andrographis herb extract versus aciclovir on EB （EpsteinBarr） virus antigen expression. Methods The effect of common andrographis herb extract and aciclovir on Raji cell＇s early antigen （EA） expression was assayed by immune enzyme technique. Interruption rate （IR） was calculated. Results At non-toxic concentration, common andrographis herb extract showed potent inhibitory effect on EA expression of EB-virus in Raji cell. Aciclovir also had inhibitory effect on EB-virus antigen expression in Raji cell. Conclusions Common andrographis herb extract is more potent than aciclovir in terms of the inhibition of EB virus antigen expression.
